A premium service for families with ongoing care needs, frequent contact with services, or safeguarding concerns. this is monthly membership (15 minutes is set up time) Includes everything in Gold, plus: • One in-person visit or meeting attendance every month (or remote if preferred) • Ongoing Advocacy & Action Support (up to 3 hours/month) • Detailed report or professional letter writing included each month • Urgent response within 24 hours (email/phone) • Quarterly full service review (care plans, incident themes, staff communication) • Optional add-on: Independent Care Home Insight Audit — a personal care setting visit with real-time feedback for families 💡 This is for families dealing with long-term or higher-risk care situations who need someone in their corner every step of the way.
